Coming Home to the Rhythm of Life
Every Sunday evening, you’re welcome on the dance floor. Whether you’re an experienced dancer or new to the 5Rhythms, you’re welcome just as you are.
The music takes you through the different rhythms, each of which brings its own energy and quality of movement. Every now and then, I’ll offer a few words or a simple invitation to help you sink deeper into your dance.
There are no steps to learn. You’re free to move in whatever way feels right for you. Sometimes you’ll dance alone; other times, you’ll naturally connect with someone else. You’re free to follow your own path.
A dynamic evening of dance in which the music takes you through the full spectrum of the 5Rhythms, from grounded and still to exuberant and expressive. An evening to move, let go, recharge, and let your life energy flow.
We’ll start the evening with a gentle dance wave—an invitation to settle into the dance floor, leave the day behind, and connect with the dancer within you. Then we’ll dance through the full cycle of the 5Rhythms, carried by the music, movement, and the group’s energy. We’ll conclude with a moment of stillness, allowing the experience to settle.
Sunday serves as a natural transition between the week behind you and the week ahead. On the dance floor, we practice not only dancing but also moving with whatever life brings our way.
No prior experience with the 5Rhythms is necessary. You’re warmly welcome.
When there are English speaking dancers I will speak Dutch and English!

For anyone aged 16 to 116 years.
It is NOT necessary to sign up in advance!
If you do not speak Dutch, inform Sietske when you enter the dance hall;
she will give instruction in English and Dutch.
