Deepening - Discovery - Enjoying

Do you want to deepen your dance, connect with your passion to move and enjoy. During these eight weeks we will dance with a dedicated group and explore different aspects of the 5Rhythms.

Together we will move with a different focus each time. We will connect with the body to experience physical sensations, improve flexibility and endurance, practice agility and strength and enjoy the pleasure of movement in a safe, accepting atmosphere.

There is something magical about dancing regularly with a regular small group.

I look forward to exploring and playing together; taking risks and using our creativity and fun.

For anyone aged 16 to 116,
who wants to dance in a closed group.

When
Thursday: 19.30 - 21.30 hrs.

Series 1: 11 - 18 Jan; 1 - 8 - 15 - 29  Febr;
Series 2: 7 - 14 - 21  March; 4 - 11 - 18 April;
Series 3: 6 - 13 - 20 June; 4 - 11 July.
