The emphasis is on movement and experience.\u00a0 Free movement and experiential exercises are alternated with theoretical knowledge, where you can experience the workings of the autonomic nervous system at first hand. You will get a lot of new insights, exercises and tools that you can integrate into your life.<\/p>\n<p>Movement has always been a familiar language for me, a way to make contact with myself and the world around me.\u00a0Movement has also raised new questions and made me want to understand myself and the dynamic, complex and rich relationship between body and mind.<\/p>\n<p>This passion is the motivation behind my quest as a human being, dancer, teacher and therapist. To deepen my experiences in dance and to expand my knowledge of body consciousness, I followed all kinds of related courses. \u00a0Since I came into contact with the Polyvagal theory, many pieces of the puzzle fell into place.<\/p>\n<p>The poly &gt;&gt; what?\u00a0\u00a0[expander_maker id=\"2\" more=\"Read more\" less=\"Read less\"]\n<p>The Polyvagal theory is a simple model for understanding the relationship between body, mind and emotion.\u00a0 Its founder is Stephen Porges (USA), whose insights are also known as the science of safety. Safety is the basis. The basis for feeling good (emotionally, physically and mentally). Our behaviour is often not the result of a rational choice made by the brain. They are autonomous energy flows that move in patterns with the aim of finding a balance between connection and protection. You need security to be able to connect with yourself and with the people around you.<\/p>\n<p>The autonomic nervous system is the foundation on which our experience of life rests. The way in which we move through the world (approaching it, turning away from it, making connections with others or isolating ourselves) is controlled by the autonomic nervous system.<\/p>\n<p>Your nervous system is shaped by events and learns on the basis of use.\u00a0 You train it all day long, with every action, thought, activity, ...... unconsciously.\u00a0And if we become aware of this ... we can use experiences in the present on purpose to restore the resilience in the nervous system.<\/p>\n<p>The 5Rhythms and the basic knowledge of the Polyvagal theory are a wonderful combination. It is a fundamental approach that gives a profound insight into feelings, thoughts and behavioural patterns and we are able to deal with ourselves and others in a different and more nuanced way. The new insights make it possible for me to have more compassion for myself and others.<\/p>\n<p>I am looking forward to sharing my insights from the point of view of the autonomic nervous system and to discovering together, to experimenting, to meeting more powerfully the challenges that belong to life.<\/p>\n<p>In 2023, I will organise a year group with the same theme. Participation in this two-day workshop will be a prerequisite. La s\u00e9curit\u00e9 est la base. La base pour se sentir bien (\u00e9motionnellement, physiquement et mentalement). La plupart du temps, nos comportements ne sont pas le r\u00e9sultat d'un choix rationnel effectu\u00e9 par le cerveau. Il s'agit de flux \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques autonomes qui se d\u00e9placent selon des sch\u00e9mas dans le but de trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre connexion et protection. Vous avez besoin de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour pouvoir vous connecter \u00e0 vous-m\u00eame et \u00e0 ceux qui vous entourent.<\/p>\n<p>Le syst\u00e8me nerveux autonome est le fondement sur lequel reposent nos exp\u00e9riences de la vie. La fa\u00e7on dont nous nous d\u00e9pla\u00e7ons dans le monde (en nous en approchant, en nous en d\u00e9tournant, en nous connectant aux autres ou en nous isolant) est d\u00e9termin\u00e9e par le syst\u00e8me nerveux autonome.<\/p>\n<p>Votre syst\u00e8me nerveux est fa\u00e7onn\u00e9 par les \u00e9v\u00e9nements et apprend en fonction de son utilisation.\u00a0 Vous l'entra\u00eenez tout au long de la journ\u00e9e, \u00e0 chaque action, pens\u00e9e, activit\u00e9, ...... inconsciemment.\u00a0Et lorsque nous en prenons conscience... nous pouvons d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment utiliser les exp\u00e9riences du pr\u00e9sent pour restaurer la r\u00e9silience du syst\u00e8me nerveux.<\/p>\n<p>Les 5Rythmes et les connaissances de base de la th\u00e9orie polyvagale constituent une combinaison merveilleuse. Il s'agit d'une approche fondamentale qui permet de comprendre en profondeur les sentiments, les pens\u00e9es et les sch\u00e9mas comportementaux. Nous sommes ainsi en mesure de nous comporter avec nous-m\u00eames et avec les autres d'une mani\u00e8re diff\u00e9rente et plus nuanc\u00e9e. Ces nouvelles connaissances me permettent d'\u00eatre plus compatissant envers moi-m\u00eame et les autres.<\/p>\n<p>J'ai h\u00e2te de partager mes connaissances du point de vue du syst\u00e8me nerveux autonome et d'explorer ensemble, d'exp\u00e9rimenter, pour faire face avec plus de puissance aux d\u00e9fis de la vie.<\/p>\n<p>En 2022, j'organiserai un groupe annuel sur le m\u00eame th\u00e8me. La participation \u00e0 cet atelier de deux jours sera une condition pr\u00e9alable \u00e0 la participation.
